I know people who can tell you a story today that happened to them 20 years ago and still be just as angry and hurt as the day it happened. Holding grudges and not being willing to forgive others for their wrong doings will steal the very life out of you. It is like trying to swim with a weight around your leg. (Matthew 11:25 And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.) Remember how much God has forgiven you and it will motivate you to forgive others. Sin is not measured in sizes like small, medium, and large. Man has determined which grievance is greater than another, not God. Think of the Grace God has extended to you. Grace is a beautiful thing and life is enjoyed so much more when we show one another grace. Do not allow hurt to become a long time resident in your life. Give grace and mercy to your offenders. Forgiveness is the best medicine you will find for your soul. It opens the windows of heaven for your life. Not being willing to forgive just poisons your life with Satan’s desire to steal, kill, and destroy. One of the most valuable lessons you will ever learn is to forgive others and let it go. Life is too short to live with all those grudges. Pastor Don [image: image.png]
