How many times have you met a vehicle at night that had the bright lights on? It is something that you notice right away. In fact, some of the new LED headlights can be really bright. The darker the night, the brighter the lights shine. God has determined that he is people would be the light of the world. God has given you and I a light so that the world could see His wonderful works. (Matthew 5:14 you are the light of the world. A city built on a hill cannot be hidden) The bright lights of an auto mobile will not shine at all without the current that flows to them from the power source of the automobile. The same is true for you and me. We cannot be the light of the world without the power of the holy spirit flowing through us. The world needs a light to guide them from the darkness of sin to a God who loves them and wants to have a relationship with them. Let your light shine brightly today so others can see Christ.
