I have known people that always found something good to say about people even when it was hard to find. They never talked down about others. What a wonderful attribute. We have a lady in our congregation that always tells you how special you are. It’s hard for many to believe, but that is the way God looks at His children. (Songs of Solomon 4:7 You are altogether beautiful, my darling; there is no flaw in you.) God loves you and sees the good in you. He created you specifically with unique gifts and talents. He sees what you are becoming and what you will be. He is not overly concerned about your faults; He knew all of them when He invited you to be in an intimate relationship with Him.
