HONOR THOSE WHO HELPED MOLD YOU!!

The month of May is the beginning of homecoming and family reunions. Mother’s Day, Family Reunions, Memorial Day, Church homecoming, and family reunions are important dates to remember those who have invested so much into our lives. Due to the continuing concerns about the coronavirus our gathering will be different than before, but we still need to find a time of honoring those who have influenced our lives and helped make us who we are today. The influence they have been in our lives is what gives us the ability to live and experience the life we live today. We use what has been imparted into us to influence those we lead in life. Influence is our inner ability to lift people up and help give life meaning and purpose. If you loose your influence, you loose your ability to make a difference in the lives of others. ( Matt. 5:13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if salt have lost his savour, where with shall it be salted? It is thence forth good for nothing, but to cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.) Be thankful for family, friends, and other men and women God chose to be your mentors in this life. Celebrate their life and influence that has helped bring you this far so successfully. Today, as you go through your life, remember that you also will be remembered for the influence and strength you build into others. Be a difference maker. Lead by example, after all, example is the greatest influence. Pastor Don
