I am one who does not like to travel without knowing specific direction to my destination. GPS is a wonderful thing, the little lady tells you every turn you need to make. The problem with GPS is that if we are not careful we rely on hearing the directions as we drive and we don’t pay attention to learning them. How often have you rode with, or followed, another person to a destination and couldn’t find your way back because you didn’t learn the turns to make. Walking with God is the same way. It’s great to hear the path we need to take to please God in our lives, but, it means so much more when we know what pleases God. (1 Corinthians 1:9 God is faithful, who has called you into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.) There are times you just can’t see through the darkness that seems to be closing in around you. It is in those times of endurance and patience that your faith is stretched and you learn to trust God even when you can’t hear His voice. You have to know God keeps His Word! You have to get to the confidence level that knowing God keeps His promises is better than hearing He does. You can be confident in knowing God knows what’s going on in your life and He knows the next turn to make. Knowing is better than hearing! Pastor Don [image: image.png]
