SMILES ARE CONTAGIOUS!!
How things are going in your life is often shown by the expression on your face. You would think some people are the saddest people in the world by the expressions they show. Their faces tell the world to leave me alone, I don’t want to be bothered. I am one who loves to be around happy people. Masks have made it difficult, but I try to greet everyone I meet with a smile. The Bible tells that the smile on our face comes from what is in our hearts. (PROVERBS 15:19 A happy heart makes the face cheerful, but heartache crushes the spirit.) Everyone knows how to smile. It’s one of the greatest gifts God has given us. A smile makes people feel good, and people look so beautiful when they smile. When the joy in your life is obvious, it rubs off on others. But when you keep God’s joy locked inside you and don’t allow it to show on your face, you’re depriving those around you of a pleasant and refreshing experience. Think about all the blessings you have around you this morning, and the great price God paid for our sins. It’s hard not to smile and show the world how grateful we are for all God has done for us. Share a smile with someone today. It’s not as bad as you think it is anyway. Pastor Don
