God is seeking a people who dare to be different in a world of those trying to be just like each other. There is one to salvation. There is no other.
Deuteronomy 26:1-11
Today it is believed whatever you choose to worship and however you choose to worship and whoever you choose to worship is acceptable as long as you do it well, with your whole self. There is one God. There is one way to salvation. God is the maker of all things. There is no other.
Through Him alone we become new creatures. God calls us to walk in the light that comes from Him alone. The church must walk in a way that our actions speak as loudly as our words. A sincere cry to the Lord and seeking Him with our whole heart will bring about a change that the world would notice.
God is seeking a people who dare to be different in a world of those trying to be just like each other. Coming to church matters. How you leave and how you live matters more. Jacob of the Old Testament took hold and refused to let go until he received a blessing. Jacob realized he could never walk the same way again. He wanted all God had for him and wanted to forever walk differently.
We can never figure out God. He know things we can never know our understand. We can know that He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He established that Jesus was the only way to salvation before the world was formed. He has continued to draw us to the saving grace of Jesus Christ the Lord. There is one way to salvation. There is no other.
