2-28-19 THOUGHT FOR THE DAY… LIVE UNSELFISHLY!! CARE FOR OTHERS!! I remember a time in my life when my main concern was for the things I wanted. I had very little thought or care for the ones I met each day. When I met God, I began to see things in a different light. Not that I have already arrived, or perfected looking out for those around me, but I do look at people and their needs differently. (Philippians 4:5 Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.) I once thought looking after others was a way of becoming less of a person yourself. I have found that when you humble yourself to reach out to those who are less fortunate than you are, God will lift you to new heights you have never been before. Look around you today and see whom you can give a helping hand. You’ll experience something that will change you for ever.
