LIVE LIFE ON PURPOSE!!
How many times have you settled incidents with your children where one hit the other? One would say it was an accident and the other would say they did it on purpose. An accident is when something happens that you are not expecting. When you plan to do something, you do it on purpose. A lot of people go through their day and life doing very little on purpose. They choose to let accidents happen and live with whatever comes their way. It is time you determine, plan, and think out your future. It affects more than yourself. I like this morning’s devotional verses. (1 Timothy 1:5-6 The goal of this command is love, which comes from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith. 6. Some have departed from these and have turned to meaningless talk.) Words are powerful tools. We often get exactly what we ask for. Our thoughts affect the attitude we have and the moods we live in. The saying is true, “Attitude determines our Altitude.” If our altitude is going to determine how far we go in life, then we need to make certain our attitude will get us high enough to soar. Live your life with purpose. Determine today to gain control of your thoughts and attitude. Take time daily to sit down five minutes and think out your day. When you do, you will see the difference in living your life on accident and living your life on purpose. Pastor Don
