Keep Your Perception on Faith
Keep your perception on faith that will protect you from the lies of our adversary. The wise man will keep his heart and fill it with God and the things of God.
We bring our heart to church every Sunday for treatment from the Word of God to let Him do whatever He would with it. We maintain our heart with God’s Word in order to keep satan’s schemes from misdirecting our thoughts and intentions.
Every action and reaction begins with a thought. Before the brains sends signals to body member to act, it first has o process the data, make a decision, and send the order. Peter first had a thought, then climbed over the bow of the boat to walk on the water to Jesus. The miracle began with just a thought. Peter responded to his perception and trust in Jesus. David’s moral collapse could have been avoided if he had kept his heart pure and fixed on his faith in God. The results of his sin was devastating, but when he changed his perception of the circumstances, things changed for him.
Proverbs 4:23
Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
Satan will always bring a thought to destroy you.
Unless you allow it, Satan cannot take away anything that God has given you. Keep your perception on faith that will protect you from the lies of our adversary. The devil will try to affect our thinking with negative thoughts producing doubt and fear and trouble our hearts with impatient fits of worry. To put a foolish thought in our hearts, our adversary must gain entrance. Our immune system is our faith. You can fight the devil and run him off with your faith. The truth will always defeat the lie.
Psalm 37:31
The law of his God is in his heart; none of his steps shall slide.
God will always bring a thought to deliver you.
You must accept that God will always act justly toward you. God has given us a strong word of commitment, telling us that He would not only go with us but will also fight for us. Foolishness is also proven by the way a person lives and acts. The wise man will keep his heart and fill it with God and the things of God. God is the great counselor.
Psalm 28:7
The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in Him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise Him.
