Answer the Call for God’s Transition
God is providing for us a new and living way. Old things are passed away and all things become new. We are created to walk in newness of life. There is a transition out of darkness into marvelous light. We can transition from death into a life of freedom and liberty.
It isn’t through our own efforts we achieve our perfection. It isn’t our own efforts we receive the prize of redemption. Christ offered himself that we could participate in pressing toward that mark of eternal life with Jesus. Thanks to Calvary and the blood of the cross we have peace with God. Jesus settled the issue of sinfulness.
If our thinking our mindset strays from the will of God, He will reveal this to us when we remain in Him. Upon this quickening, we must respond and keep our minds set on Him. God can change people. God’s redemptive power will provide the path for complete transformation and a transition into His perfect peace.
People who mind earthly things become enemies of the cross. The world system is viewed in what you have, how much you’ve attained, who you are in society. To be earthly minded is death. The great commission is to go into all the world and preach the gospel. However, sometimes our actions speak so loud the world can’t hear what the church is trying to say.
Christians should never defame or attack the character of another person. The church has the answer if we will remember the answer if Jesus. In due season and if we will not faint, God’s promise will be fulfilled.
Our conversation, attention, strength, attachment, motivation isn’t here on earth. It is in heaven. Our transition will take place. He will change these suffering, sick bodies into His glorious image. He is able to subdue all things that attack our vile bodies.
Philippians 3:13-21
13 No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead,
14 I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us.
15 Let all who are spiritually mature agree on these things. If you disagree on some point, I believe God will make it plain to you.
16 But we must hold on to the progress we have already made.
17 Dear brothers and sisters, pattern your lives after mine, and learn from those who follow our example.
18 For I have told you often before, and I say it again with tears in my eyes, that there are many whose conduct shows they are really enemies of the cross of Christ.
19 They are headed for destruction. Their god is their appetite, they brag about shameful things, and they think only about this life here on earth.
20 But we are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives. And we are eagerly waiting for him to return as our Savior.
21 He will take our weak mortal bodies and change them into glorious bodies like his own, using the same power with which he will bring everything under his control.
