7-22-18 THOUGHT FOR THE DAY… ITS IMPORTANT!! DON’T STOP!! My devotion this morning was on Daniel. He worshipped God and he prayed three times a day. When he heard the document had been signed, he continued to pray three times a day and worship God. (Daniel 6:10 Now when Daniel learned the decree had been published, he went home to his upstairs where his windows opened toward Jerusalem. Three times a day he got on his knees and prayed, giving thanks to his God, just as he had done before.) Daniel refused to let a group of jealous, envious, and spiteful men tell him that he could no longer worship God. You and I do not need to let anything distract us or disturb the time we spend with God daily. Our time with God daily is what keeps the hungry lions away. Keep going. Don’t stop. Pastor Don
